Welcome to HedgehogsCorner.com. This website is operated by Hedgehog’s Corner. Throughout these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), “Hedgehog’s Corner,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hedgehog’s Corner, and “you” refers to the person using our website or purchasing from us.

These Terms apply to your use of HedgehogsCorner.com (the “Site”) and to purchases made through the Site. They may also apply to direct invoices, personal shopping requests, or other purchases arranged directly with Hedgehog’s Corner unless separate written terms are provided.

By using this Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the Store Policies referenced below. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

1. Store Policies

Those Store Policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For purchases, the policies in effect at the time of the transaction generally apply to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise or we choose to provide a more favorable accommodation.

If these Terms and a more specific Store Policy address the same issue, the more specific policy will generally apply to that issue, subject always to applicable law.

2. About Hedgehog’s Corner

Hedgehog’s Corner is an independent Florida-based retailer and personal shopping service. We specialize in merchandise sourced from Universal Orlando Resort and other select destinations, along with other merchandise offered through our store.

We are an independent business and are not owned by, operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Universal Destinations & Experiences or other third-party trademark owners unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Use of the Website

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes.

By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction or are acting with the authorization of a parent, guardian, or other person legally permitted to authorize the transaction.

You may not use the Site to engage in fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, interference with our systems, unauthorized access, distribution of malicious software, infringement of intellectual property rights, or other activity that violates applicable law or these Terms.

We may restrict access to the Site or decline transactions when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, our business, our systems, or third parties from fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or security risks.

4. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, prices, availability information, and other product details.

Because much of our merchandise comes from theme parks, resorts, manufacturers, and changing retail inventories, product packaging, labeling, designs, specifications, availability, or other details may occasionally change without advance notice.

Colors and appearance may also vary slightly due to lighting, photography, display settings, manufacturing variation, or other factors.

If you have a question about a product that could affect your purchasing decision, please contact us before ordering.

5. Authenticity

All merchandise sold by Hedgehog’s Corner is authentic.

We source theme park merchandise directly from the parks, resorts, authorized retail locations, or other trusted sources appropriate to the product.

If you have a question about the origin or authenticity of a particular item, please contact us before ordering.

6. Product Safety and Recalls

Hedgehog’s Corner takes product safety seriously. We do not knowingly sell merchandise that is subject to an applicable safety recall or that we know has been prohibited from sale.

If we become aware of an official product recall, safety notice, or other credible information indicating that merchandise we sell may present a safety concern, we may immediately suspend sales of the affected product while we review the available information.

When appropriate, we may provide affected customers with safety information, recall instructions, manufacturer information, or other available guidance. Customers should follow any instructions issued by the manufacturer, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, or another applicable safety authority.

If you believe a product purchased from Hedgehog’s Corner may be defective or present a safety concern, please discontinue use when appropriate and contact us at admin@hedgehogscorner.com with the product information and a description of the issue so that we can review the matter.

Product recalls, corrective actions, repair programs, replacement programs, and other safety remedies may be administered by the manufacturer, importer, distributor, government agency, or another responsible party. Hedgehog’s Corner will provide reasonable assistance with available information and will comply with applicable product-safety requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits any product-safety right or remedy provided by applicable law.

7. Inventory and Product Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information. Most products shown as available for purchase are either in our possession or currently available to us for fulfillment.

Theme park and specialty merchandise can sell out, be discontinued, change seasonally, or otherwise become unavailable without advance notice. As a result, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we determine that an ordered item cannot be fulfilled or cannot be shipped within the timeframe represented to you, we will contact you promptly and provide the options required by applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, available options may include:

• Cancellation and a full refund for the affected merchandise.
• An alternative product, size, or other substitution that you expressly approve.
• Your agreement to wait for delayed fulfillment.

We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product or apparel size without your approval.

If we do not have a definite revised shipping date and you choose to wait for a possible restock, we will obtain your affirmative agreement to keep the order open. You may cancel and request a refund at any time before the merchandise ships.

We may periodically contact customers with delayed orders to confirm whether they still wish to wait. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund an order that cannot reasonably be fulfilled rather than hold an order open indefinitely.

If you do not agree to a required shipping delay, we will cancel the affected portion of the order and provide the applicable prompt refund.

8. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order and receiving an automated order confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not guarantee that every item will ultimately be available for fulfillment.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving unavailable merchandise, duplicate orders, suspected fraud or unauthorized payment, incorrect pricing or listing information, shipping restrictions, quantity limitations, inability to provide reliable delivery to a destination, violation of these Terms, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the transaction.

If we cancel merchandise that has already been paid for and has not been shipped, we will provide the refund required by applicable law.

We will not charge a customer a higher price for an already-placed order without the customer’s agreement.

9. Prices, Promotions, and Listing Errors

Prices displayed on the Site may change from time to time. A price change applies prospectively and does not by itself alter the price of a previously completed purchase.

Occasionally, a listing may contain a typographical, technical, pricing, promotional, shipping, availability, or other error.

If we discover a material error before fulfillment, we may contact you to explain the issue and, where appropriate, cancel and refund the affected item or offer you the opportunity to place or approve an order using the corrected information.

We will not knowingly use a listing error to charge you an undisclosed additional amount after an order has been placed.

Promotional offers, coupon codes, and discounts may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions, quantity limits, or other terms.

10. Payment

Hedgehog’s Corner accepts payments through payment providers including PayPal and Stripe.

Depending on the payment provider, device, location, and customer eligibility, additional payment methods or digital wallets may be available.

Eligible PayPal customers may be offered PayPal Pay Later or similar financing options. Eligibility, approval, payment schedules, interest or fees, and other financing terms are determined by PayPal and are between the customer and PayPal.

We do not control a third-party payment provider’s approval decisions, account restrictions, financing terms, or processing times.

Refunds are ordinarily returned through the original transaction and payment method when technically available. Processing and posting times after a refund is issued may vary by payment provider or financial institution.

11. Billing, Contact, and Shipping Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing information, and shipping address.

Please carefully review the shipping address before submitting your order. Orders must be shipped to the address provided with the order at checkout.

If you discover an address error before shipment, contact us immediately. Depending on the circumstances, we may need to cancel the transaction so that a new order can be placed using the correct address.

Once an order has shipped, Hedgehog’s Corner generally cannot change its destination. Any delivery-management or address-change options available after shipment are controlled by the carrier.

Hedgehog’s Corner is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Our current shipping procedures are described in our Store Policies.

Most orders are normally shipped within the timeframe stated on the Site or communicated with the order. Shipment occurs when the merchandise is placed in the possession of the shipping carrier.

We use USPS, UPS, and other shipping partners depending on the package, destination, and service.

Delivery dates provided after shipment are generally carrier estimates unless the carrier expressly identifies the applicable service as having a particular delivery commitment or guarantee. Carrier guarantees may contain their own conditions, limitations, and exclusions.

Once a carrier accepts a shipment, weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our direct control may affect tracking and delivery.

If a package appears to be delayed or lost while in transit, please contact us. We will provide reasonable assistance with available carrier inquiries and, where applicable, insurance claims.

13. Packages Marked Delivered

If carrier tracking reports that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please follow the procedures described in our Store Policies and contact the carrier promptly.

We will provide reasonable assistance with available delivery inquiries, documentation, and carrier claims when applicable.

A shipment lost while still in carrier transit is different from merchandise that has been successfully delivered and is later lost or stolen from the delivery location.

Hedgehog’s Corner does not guarantee a refund or complimentary replacement for merchandise that is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

When theft after delivery is reported, we may request relevant documentation such as carrier information, security-camera documentation, or a police report or case number when appropriate to a carrier inquiry or claim.

Each delivery issue may be reviewed based on its individual circumstances and applicable carrier and payment-provider rules.

14. Signature Required Delivery

For certain orders, higher-value shipments, or when otherwise appropriate, Hedgehog’s Corner may require a signature for delivery.

The recipient may have delivery-management options available directly from the carrier, such as changing a delivery date, holding a package for pickup, providing delivery instructions, or, where permitted by the carrier, authorizing release.

Available options are determined by the carrier and may vary by shipment.

If a recipient independently instructs a carrier to release a Signature Required shipment without obtaining a signature, that decision may affect carrier liability, insurance, claim eligibility, or other delivery protections.

15. International Orders

Hedgehog’s Corner ships to many international destinations, but international shipping is not available to every country or address.

International shipping availability may depend on carrier service, package contents, customs requirements, destination-country restrictions, service disruptions, or our ability to provide reliable tracked delivery.

We may decline or cancel shipment to a destination when reliable fulfillment or tracked delivery is not reasonably available. If merchandise cannot be shipped and the transaction must be canceled, we will provide the applicable refund for the unshipped merchandise.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, customs charges, brokerage or handling fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or delivery carrier. Responsibility for these charges is determined by the laws and customs procedures of the destination country and the applicable shipping service.

Any import charges that are assessed to the recipient by customs or the delivery carrier and are not included in the amount paid to Hedgehog’s Corner are the responsibility of the recipient. The customer may be contacted directly by customs, the postal service, or the delivery carrier regarding payment before or upon delivery.

Hedgehog’s Corner does not currently offer a general prepaid duties-and-taxes delivery service. Where applicable law places a tax collection or reporting obligation directly on Hedgehog’s Corner, those requirements are subject to the applicable tax laws.

We must accurately describe the contents and value of international shipments on customs documentation. We will not intentionally undervalue merchandise or falsely identify a merchandise purchase as a gift in order to avoid customs duties, taxes, or other import requirements.

Customs processing and foreign carrier operations are outside our direct control and may affect delivery timing. International tracking may also transfer to a local postal or delivery carrier after the shipment reaches the destination country.

If a recipient refuses a shipment, does not pay charges assessed by customs or the carrier, or otherwise leaves a shipment unclaimed, the package may be returned to Hedgehog’s Corner. International returns of this type can take an extended period of time.

If the merchandise is returned to us, any eligible refund will be processed after the package is received and the merchandise is inspected. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs or carrier fees charged to Hedgehog’s Corner, and other non-refundable shipping costs may be deducted from the refund when permitted by applicable law and our Store Policies.

16. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our detailed Return, Refund, and Exchange Policies are published on our Store Policies page and form part of these Terms.

Where a return is permitted, customers must follow the applicable return-authorization procedure.

Merchandise returned for a refund or exchange must satisfy the conditions stated in the Store Policies. We may inspect and document returned merchandise to verify condition, identity, completeness, and eligibility.

Nothing in our return policy limits a refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that must be provided under applicable law.

17. Payment Disputes and Fraud Prevention

If you believe there is a problem with an order or charge, we encourage you to contact us promptly so that we can review the transaction and determine what assistance may be available.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising lawful rights through a payment provider, card issuer, financial institution, or consumer-protection process.

If a payment dispute, chargeback, fraud report, or similar proceeding is initiated, Hedgehog’s Corner may provide the payment provider or financial institution with relevant transaction records, including order information, communications, photographs, carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, refund records, and other documentation reasonably related to the disputed transaction.

Knowingly providing false transaction, delivery, identity, or payment information is prohibited.

18. Original Photography and Website Content

Unless otherwise noted, original product photography and original written content appearing on HedgehogsCorner.com is created for and owned by Hedgehog’s Corner.

Product descriptions may incorporate factual information obtained from product packaging, labels, manufacturers, licensors, or other product sources. Hedgehog’s Corner does not claim exclusive ownership of third-party trademarks or factual product information merely because that information appears on our Site.

Our original photographs and original written content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, or used in product listings, advertisements, websites, social media, marketplaces, or other commercial materials without our prior written permission.

We may submit infringement notices, marketplace reports, or takedown requests when we reasonably believe our original material is being used without authorization.

If you believe content appearing on our Site improperly uses material that you own, please contact admin@hedgehogscorner.com so that we can review the matter.

19. Trademarks and Third-Party Intellectual Property

Third-party trademarks, character names, logos, artwork, brands, copyrighted designs, and other intellectual property appearing in connection with merchandise remain the property of their respective owners.

References to brands, characters, attractions, films, television properties, games, destinations, or other third-party intellectual property are used to identify or describe authentic merchandise and do not imply ownership, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Hedgehog’s Corner is an independent retailer and personal shopping service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Universal Destinations & Experiences or other trademark owners.

20. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

Customers may have opportunities to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, or other content.

You are responsible for content you intentionally submit for public posting and should not submit material that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, invasive of another person’s privacy, or that infringes another person’s intellectual property rights.

When you intentionally submit a review, testimonial, photograph, or other material for publication on our Site, you grant Hedgehog’s Corner a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce, format, and use that submitted material in connection with our store, website, and related business communications.

This permission does not automatically apply to private customer-service communications, photographs supplied solely to document an order problem or return, payment information, identification documents, or other material that was not submitted for public use. We will not treat such private material as a public testimonial without separate permission.

We may moderate or remove publicly submitted content when reasonably necessary, including content that violates these Terms, applicable law, platform requirements, or the rights of another person.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to or integrations with services operated by third parties, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, review providers, analytics services, and other websites.

Those third parties operate under their own terms, policies, availability, and privacy practices.

A link or integration does not necessarily mean that Hedgehog’s Corner endorses every product, statement, service, or practice of the third party.

We are not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or services, although this does not limit any responsibility that applicable law specifically places on us for our own transactions or conduct.

22. Advertising and Sponsored Content

The Site may display advertisements, sponsored content, or promotional material provided by third-party advertising networks or other third parties.

Advertisements displayed on the Site are separate from Hedgehog’s Corner’s own products and services. The appearance of an advertisement does not necessarily mean that Hedgehog’s Corner endorses, recommends, or guarantees the advertiser, advertised product, service, claim, or offer.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hedgehog’s Corner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, third-party service interruptions, or unauthorized third-party conduct, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid to Hedgehog’s Corner for the order or merchandise giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including where applicable law provides otherwise for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury, statutory consumer rights, or other non-waivable obligations.

27. Responsibility for Unlawful Misuse

You are responsible for your own unlawful use of the Site and for content you intentionally submit.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

If Hedgehog’s Corner does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms in a particular situation, that does not necessarily waive our right to enforce that provision in another appropriate situation.

A courtesy, exception, accommodation, refund, replacement, discount, or other resolution provided in an individual situation does not automatically create an obligation to provide the same accommodation in other circumstances.

Nothing in this section limits rights guaranteed by applicable law.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our incorporated Store Policies, Privacy Policy, and any additional written terms specifically agreed to for a particular transaction, constitute the agreement governing use of the Site and applicable purchases from Hedgehog’s Corner.

If separately agreed written terms for a specific transaction conflict with these general Terms, the specific written terms will control for that transaction to the extent permitted by law.

33. Governing Law

These Terms and transactions with Hedgehog’s Corner are generally governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent that Florida law may validly be chosen.

Nothing in this provision requires a consumer to waive the protection of mandatory consumer law, jurisdiction, venue, or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived in the consumer’s place of residence or under other applicable law.
