Please note that international shipments cannot be marked as a “gift.” This is illegal. All customs forms must be completed accurately and appropriately.

Buyer will be responsible for taxes, duties, and any additional customs fees for their own country. If you choose not to accept your package due to a customs fee, we will refund the order amount MINUS shipping costs once the item has been returned to sender. We do not have control over how customs will handle an order/item and apologize for unseen added costs to the buyer.
International shipping can be quite costly. This price is out of our control. It can take up to 6 weeks for an international package to arrive and packages can be held up for many reasons. You can contact your local postal office for help finding more info on your package.
Shipping Methods listed as Buyer’s Risk:
Some shipping methods are declared as Buyer’s Risk. This means that you(the buyer) take all responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Once the shipment leaves our facility our responsibility ends. We will not issue refunds or ship replacements under any circumstance. These shipping methods generally do not offer tracking. If you select a Buyer’s Risk method you will be required to confirm your selection and acknowledge these risks before placing your order.
