How Soon Will My Item(s) Ship after payment?
Once your order is placed, we strive to ship fast, normally within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. After your order has been placed, you will receive a follow-up email with the tracking number information as soon as it is generated.
How do I find out more information about a product?

How do I cancel an order or return an item?
E-mail us at email@example.com, letting us know that you will be returning an item. We will issue a return label. Then, ship the item with your receipt to the provided address. Please include in this shipment your personal information that you used to make the order and any/all original product tags and/or packaging. Our policy typically is that, for domestic returns, we offer 30 day – free returns.

If you see it for sale on our site, the products are in-stock and ready to ship. It’s rare that we make a mistake, but if we do, we will notify you within 1 business day and following a refund or exchange, we will issue a $5 OFF coupon to hedgehogscorner.com for your next order of any amount!

What does Out of Stock Mean?
If a product is listed as out-of-stock, then it may be only temporarily unavailable. Some items are restocked as quickly as a few days or a few months. However, we are unable to guarantee if an item will be actually be restocked. If you would like to be notified when an item is restocked, please visit the product page, click “Join Waitlist” and enter a valid email address. The website will inform you when the product arrives in stock.

Unless otherwise noted, your items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed and payment has been received.
We do not ship any packages on Sunday or on National Holidays. If any additional problems or unexpected delays do occur, we will contact you immediately.
Responsibility for delivery of packages belongs solely to the courier U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Hedgehog’s Corner cannot be held responsible for shipments that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or otherwise inconvenienced in transit.

We are not responsible for delays and/or losses incurred in shipping.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Methods listed as Buyer’s Risk:
Some shipping methods are declared as Buyer’s Risk. This means that you(the buyer) take all responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Once the shipment leaves our facility our responsibility ends. We will not issue refunds or ship replacements under any circumstance. These shipping methods generally do not offer tracking. If you select a Buyer’s Risk method you will be required to confirm your selection and acknowledge these risks before placing your order. Please note for items available at the parks we calculate the retail price plus 6.5% as florida tax, plus a small percentage as our gain, plus shipping charge.
